| This site employs java script
to perform menu functions. This provides a simpler menu system and it
is applied across the site. To benefit from this script you must enable
java scripting on your browser. For older browsers we have included traditional
hyper link at the bottom of each page. Because of java scripting we are
able to avoid the use of frames which have a tendancy to trap pages within
a frame.
Under the logo you will find the menu bar
As you move the cursor over the menu (mouse over), the color of the text
will change from white to yellow and a sub-menu will appear. There are
currently ten (10) menu items and all pages can be accessed through these
major headings

Home Page
If you click on the highlighted text you will navigate to the major category
page. this provies the benefits a of a menu system and traditional hyper
text. If you leave the cursor over the category the submenu will appear.
This allows you to move quick to particular topics instead of navigating
through a number of pages. The submenu appears as follows:

While this may not seem to be an advantage on subsequent
visits when you have and idea what you are looking for you will see tha
advantage. We currently only maintain three layers of menuing and find
this adequate to reach all the pages located within the site. To use this
feature move the mouse over the text of the top menu and stop. A submenu
will then open. Scroll down to the item you are looking for and then click.
if there is a subsubmenu to that item you cascoll and then click that
item to open a page.
For those with older browsers or those who want to see the
entire site we have included a site map on the home page to allow you
to navigate to the pages. We also have included a search form on the home
page which is indexed once a day and by typing a key word or phrase in
the entry box and then clicking the submit button.
